Alicia said: I find that the chronological format is less intimidating than the professional for the jobs that are not way up the ladder, for example cashier position, dog grooming, etc. I had used professional format and was informed that I was to qualified or that it was intimidating. I will keep this format to help keep my resume up to date with less professional wordings.
